You may, however, use the platform for personal and organizational flight planning, competition management, and other non-commercial paragliding activities.

User Content

When you upload flight tracks, tasks, or related content, you retain ownership of your data. By submitting this content, you grant SkyTrackPro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display it as necessary for the operation of the platform. You confirm that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights, laws, or regulations.

SkyTrackPro does not monitor user content proactively but reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.

Termination

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland. By using SkyTrackPro, you consent to this jurisdiction and venue.
