SkyTrack Competitions - Pilot Manual

This guide explains how pilots use the website to discover competitions, register, upload documents, track status, access files, and download QR identity.

Registration actions are available in My Registration tab when logged in.

1. Introduction

SkyTrack Competitions lets pilots register for public competitions directly from the website. You can submit your profile and equipment details, upload required documents, follow organizer status updates, and access operational material according to your status.

  • Search and filter public competitions
  • Register through the My Registration form
  • Upload required verification documents
  • Track your current registration status
  • Download your personal QR identity files
  • Withdraw registration when allowed

2. Find Competitions

  1. Open the public competitions list page.
  2. Use filters for country, category, status, and date range.
  3. Click a competition card to open details.

3. Competition Detail Tabs

The detail page includes these tabs:

  • Information: event info, rules, files, payment section, operations notes
  • News: organizer updates
  • Tasks: published task list
  • Pilots: pilot list and summary metrics
  • Results: final and task results
  • My Registration: your personal registration area
Some content is status-gated. For example, payment info and operations details are not visible to every status level.

4. Register (My Registration)

4.1 Before submit
  • Log in to your website account.
  • Open My Registration tab in the competition detail.
  • If registration is not open yet, wait for the opening window.
4.2 Form sections
  • Identity and address
  • Licenses
  • Insurance
  • Emergency contact
  • Equipment
  • Pilot photo
  • Custom organizer fields
4.3 Submit rules
  • All required fields must be complete.
  • Comp ID must be valid and available.
  • If your current state is locked, update is blocked.
Registration updates are blocked in these statuses: payment_requested, rejected, cancelled, refunded.

5. Upload and Track Documents

  1. In My Registration, open the documents area.
  2. Review required document types configured by organizer.
  3. Select document type and upload file.
  4. Check verify state: pending, verified, rejected.
  5. If rejected, upload corrected file and wait for review.
Uploaded registration documents are private and not displayed publicly.
Depending on organizer enforcement, missing verified docs can block progression to payment_requested or confirmed.

6. Registration Status Meanings

Status Description

Comp ID is typically locked in waitlist and confirmed states.

7. Pilot QR Identity

If your registration allows QR identity, the My Registration tab displays download options:

  • Download .vcf
  • Download .png

Use your QR code for organizer scan checkpoints (for example registration, briefing, takeoff, goal, retrieve) depending on event configuration.

8. Troubleshooting and Quick Checklist

Common issues
  • Login required: sign in and retry.
  • Registration closed: check registration open/close window.
  • Comp ID already used: choose another numeric Comp ID.
  • Please complete required fields: review all required sections.
  • Document rejected: upload corrected file.
  • Registration not editable: current status is locked for edits.
